4.1 Die Rechte und Pflichten der Parteien, die durch die vorliegenden Bedingungen und Konditionen auferlegt werden, sowie alle rechtlichen Auswirkungen, die dieser Vertrag mit sich bringt, werden durch das geltende rumänische Recht ausgelegt und geregelt. Jede Streitigkeit im Zusammenhang mit dieser Vereinbarung wird einem Schiedsgericht vorgelegt, und sofern sich die Parteien nicht innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Bekanntgabe der Streitigkeit auf die Ernennung eines Schiedsgerichts einigen, wird die Zuständigkeit wieder auf die rumänischen Gerichte übertragen.
